Enhance your message.

Simumetrix takes Hollywood level television and film production to your project, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Set Technology (VST) offer limitless possibilities in design and delivery of important data as well as for ease of change in the presentation of data or branding. Our creative team has designed VST sets and AR for such television networks as SPIKE, CBS, NBC, ESPN, AXIS Network (HDNET), CNBC and others.

Augmented Reality

Augmented reality is a real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated elements such as video, sound and animation.

The technology functions by enhancing a viewers perception of reality. Augmentation is organic with the environment these elements such as text, holographic images, or animated slide data are over laid in the real world.

This allows for ease in changing data sets, for example if FDA or study information changes, but a script or language the host spoke does not Simumetrix can replace the data without reshooting the entire production.

Virtual set technology (VST) differs from Augmented Reality as AR does not replace real world elements, whereas VST does replace a physical hard set with a photo realistic computer generated set.

VST allows colors, data, textures and the environment to be edited, changed or re-designed using existing video footage vs. reshooting due a needed change in the case of branding or other important change.

Elements of AR can be added to VR to increase the viewers experience such as holograms or  interactive animated data.
